Connect with the ancestors in a transformative breathwork experience

Sunday, January 26th, 5pm PT / 8pm ET

Virtual event

It is no secret that our intuition can guide us in profound ways. Our ancestors connected with divine wisdom through music. While many seek this wisdom through psychedelics, the ROOTS experience can get you there with just two things, a curated musical journey and the breath.

Why ROOTS?

ROOTS is a truly transformative experience that can help you:

  • Connect with your ancestors and tap into their wisdom and guidance

  • Gain insight into the root causes of problems in your life

  • Access creative downloads and inspiration that can help you achieve your goals

  • Improve your overall well-being and sense of inner peace

The combination of a curated musical journey of Black composers and performers along with a specific breathing practice will help you to access your subconscious mind. This technique was developed during psychedelic research in the ‘70s, however it was never developed with people of color in mind.

ROOTS is the FUBU (For Us By Us) version and it is powerful!

All you need is headphones, an eye mask, and a comfortable place to lie or sit down. You will receive exactly what you’re meant to receive at that moment.

What will be covered:

  • 20 minutes: Introduction & Breathing Technique Training

  • 60 minutes: Breathwork Journey

  • 25 minutes: Discussion/Sharing (this can go longer for those that want to stay)
