Countering Imposter Syndrome
With disparities in compensation and representation in leadership, BIPOC employees have a higher likelihood of experiencing self-doubt and imposter syndrome, which can ultimately lead to anxiety and depression. This workshop will provide tools to manage the imposter syndrome voice and build confidence when we need it most.

With code switching as the norm, we might not feel comfortable bringing our whole self to work, and this can be extraordinarily exhausting. Rejuvenation from Black Fatigue
Managing the challenges of microaggressions and systemic racism is exhausting and it can be challenging for us to refill our cup. In this workshop, we will learn how to rejuvenate during times of exhaustion so that we can have the physical and emotional strength to move forward, regardless of what comes our way.
